Tidewater Sports Management is an independent nonprofit organization with a unique twist. We have junior college sports but we are not affiliated with any of the community colleges in the area although our kids must be enrolled in one of the local community colleges in order to play so they can have college accreditation before they get recruited by universities around the nation. This year we have our football team and our facility. The season kicks off on August 18th against NC Tech at their home and all home games will be played at the VA Beach Sportsplex. In the years to come we will have more Junior college sports and facility renovations. I'm not sure that a nonprofit organization such as this has ever been seen before. If I were to compare it to other organizations I would call it the YMCA with sports teams. (cool right). That is what we are doing just to give you a general idea. We have a ground zero facility that NEEDS the help of the community to get where it needs to be. We are located at 331 Big Bethel Road. From this moment heading forth in the future the things that you hear about Tidewater Sports Management, its training facility on Big Bethel Road and its sports teams (The Gators) will be nothing short of spectacular. We need your help to help out a program that will benefit the community in a number of ways such as jobs, athletics, kids in school and kids getting in school, community service, and FUN!
